The Consortium Academy Trust Rebrand Graphic Installation
A dramatic visual rejuvenation of sixth form facilities
The Consortium Academy Trust operates schools and sixth form colleges across the East Riding of Yorkshire. The trust were looking to refresh and improve the interior and exterior spaces of their facilities and celebrate a new brand! The Trust asked us to assist them by firstly conducting a thorough site survey of four different sites, from there we applied our expertise to suggest suitable substrates, materials and processes to bring their ideas and graphics to life and rejuvenate their sixth form buildings!
Our Solution
We suggested giving the interior a cost effective but high impact face lift with a combination of interior wall vinyls, the largest of which was over 17 meters of continuous graphic printed using our roll to roll UV Mimaki printer, acrylic displays and cut out stand off lettering made from foamex and printed vinyl. For the outside of the buildings we produced double sided lamppost banner flags for wayfinding and aluminium trays for the main signs.
The trust runs transport for their students between the four locations, we fitted graphics to the vehicle to further reinforce their new brand.
The installation was carried out by our sign fitting team across all four sites during a tight two week period in time for the new academic year.
What our customer thought
Marketing and Communications Manager, The Consortium Academy Trust said:
“Over the summer of 2022 we rebranded our sixth form provision, which involved creating artwork across four campus buildings, printed materials and even a couple of double decker buses! The team at John E Wright could not have been more helpful. They went over and above in ensuring all of our new colour references were spot on and would work across the range of materials. They made multiple site visits and provided valuable guidance during what was a time critical project. The whole team, from the design stage to fitting, are a pleasure to work with as they have a clear focus on customer service – and all the time keeping a sense of humour!”
Many thanks to the Consortium Academy Trust for their kind words and for entrusting us with this successful project.
