All our boards are produced by first digitally printing onto a variety of papers and vinyl; the prints are then mounted onto either soft centred foamboard or onto the more durable PVC foamboard depending on what purpose for which the board is required. In addition to these plastic based boards we are also able to mount onto a variety of thicknesses of display cardboards up to 2000 micron thickness - these are often used as show cards in the retail industry. We offer a variety of options:
Standard - 5mm board
The prints are printed using our Oce Colorwave laser printer onto 140gsm matt poster paper and dry mounted onto soft centred 5mm foamboard. These are often preferred by architects who require a good quality printed board that can be used in presentations without it costing the earth.
Standard - 3mm PVC board
The prints are printed using our Oce Colorwave laser printer onto 140gsm matt poster paper and dry mounted onto soft centred 3mm PVC centred foamboard. These are often preferred where durability is required without it costing the earth.
Presentation - 5mm board
The prints are printed using our environmentally friendly 6 colour HPLatex ink jet machine onto 170gsm photo satin paper and dry mounted on to soft centred 5mm foamboard. There is an extra option whereby the print is matt laminated. These are often preferred by architects who require a photo quality board for high profile presentations.
Presentation - 3mm PVC board
The prints are printed using our environmentally friendly 6 colour HP Latex ink jet machine onto 170gsm photo satin paper and dry mounted on to PVC centred 3mm foamboard. There is an extra option whereby the print is matt laminated. These are often preferred where durability is required.
Signs Outdoor & Indoor
The prints are printed using our environmentally friendly 6 colour HP Latex ink jet machine onto self-adhesive gloss vinyl and mounted on to PVC centred foamboard. These are often used for external signage without it costing the earth.
