Illuminated Signage - Alton Towers

Bespoke and innovative illuminated signage for the Alton Towers Resort in Staffordshire.

Having produced numerous successful signage jobs for our customers over the years, we have gotten a little cocky to say the least, however this project gave us more of a run for our money = An external sign… but with a curved construction. Oh, and it will all need to be internally illuminated!

The project started as a simple sketch and an initial visual was conceived from this so we could at least see how it all needed to work.

We then began to plan and design using our CAD software to ensure that the measurements that had been taken from the building, and the calculations that we had made, were all going to work and the client would get the sign that they had requested. As a result, everything fit perfectly and accurately contoured to the shape of the building.

Installation was completed within a couple of days by our team of fitters, in time for the Parks reopening for the new season.

Along with the main signage, we were also asked to re-dress the windows with updated graphics, plus sourcing and installing new canopies above the windows on the main facade.
