Asmodee Exhibition Stand at Brand Licensing Europe 2022
Asmodee is one of the leading international publishers and distributors of board and card games. In 2020 alone they sold over 39 million games in more than fifty countries.
In order to showcase their products and further license their brand, Asmodee participated in Brand Licensing Europe (BLE) 2022. BLE is the only European event dedicated to licensing and brand extension. It is attended by thousands of retailers and manufactures from across the continent. A strong design is vital to standing out here, and can bring excellent licensing oppotunities to your business.
John E Wright & Co were asked to assist in the construction and installation of their exhibition stand at BLE 2022. This would take place at ExCeL London in September 2022. Our brief was to create a multi-purpose stand that accomplished two things. First, to showcase Asmodee products. And second, to serve as a meeting space for prospective clients.
A Smooth Operation From Start to Finish
Our task was to design and build a 7m x 3m space, which was installed over two days at ExCeL London. It was then taken down again after the end of the three-day conference. Our experienced team is well-acquainted with the logistics of a job such as this, handling work for hundreds of exhibition stands throughout the year.
John E Wright & Co pride ourselves on a professional and confident attitude, which ensures the client receives work that goes above and beyond. For Asmodee, our design had to meet several goals. In order to stand out amongst a busy conference crowd, an aluminium frame was clad in 4m foamex graphics, featuring Asmodee’s eye-catching and colourful branding.
To highlight Asmodee’s products, an illuminated display case unit was also installed alongside other shelving. This shelving also showed off to interested visitors how they could utilise the Asmodee brand. All of this sat on a raised carpeted floor, which allowed rooted cables to be safely laid down.
Furthmore, John E Wright & Co designed the exhibit space to be inviting and professional. The design featured two separate seating areas for Asmodee to meet with potential customers and discuss opportunities. Through this design, Asmodee made the most of their time at BLE 2022. Alongside all of this, we also laid down turf and created miniature picket fencing for Asmodee’s woolly friend that joined them over the weekend!
