A fairly unique request from a local radio station based in Nottingham.
We were asked to design and produce a bespoke standee for use by the station at various events that they will be attending, allowing listeners to charge up their mobile devices.
Construction of the standee involved producing the main components out of a lightweight ‘fluted’ board that would be slotted together and installed into a rigid Wedge type base. This could all be then assembled and dismantled without the use of tape or glue, meaning that it can be flat packed and transported easily.
A simple box was installed to the rear of the unit to house the necessary adapters and power supplies needed for charging purposes. This was fixed in place with the use of Velcro. Cable management ports were made in the face of the standee for easy access to the cords which kept everything tidy.
