This is, however, a misconception – research shows that the printing industry plays a positive part in environmentally friendly business and trade worldwide. Paper resources, through positively managed forestry, provide a completely renewable – and recyclable – raw material.

As an eco- friendly printing company, we are totally committed to sustainable sourcing and recycling of all our materials and products, and are very aware of our role and responsibility in protecting the environment and the world’s forests in particular. Our production processes and methods are constantly under review in regard to further efficiencies in minimising waste and increasing recycling.

Where we source our materials

As an eco-friendly printing company, we only ever choose suppliers who carry the relevant certification in regard as to how they source their raw materials. As a premise, the belief that paper production should be environmentally sustainable, and therefore not lessen the overall number of trees on the planet, we take the responsibility as an environmentally friendly business very seriously.     

Recycling is key to our operations

We have a whole range of recycled products available – printing produced on paper and card that is manufactured from materials that have been 50% – or often 100% – recycled materials.

As an environmentally aware business, we ourselves recycle ALL our waste paper and card in line with our established, and published, Environmental Policy. We also hold ISO 14001 Accreditation and Certification.

We keep waste to a minimum

We operate an extensive range of digital printing techniques and processes that keep waste to a minimum that helps reduce, not only the actual volume of production waste, but also allows our customers to be able to order in smaller quantities, thus minimising transport and storage costs and volume and reducing both our, and our customers’ carbon footprint.

Those within the industry whom, like ourselves, act responsibly to the environmental needs and provide eco-friendly printing, play a very positive role in the continued sustainability of the world’s forests, whilst providing environmentally friendly goods and products to our many varied customers.
